Should you go for it? My answer
Upon arrival, I was met with broken windows and street parking on a glass-littered road. Inside, the Triple Room was filthy, with unclean sheets and a lack of response from staff. The entire experience left me feeling unsafe and uncomfortable. I deeply regret my decision to stay here.

It was a really great stay for winter time. The location was marvellous and peaceful for my stay, 400 metres from Liverpool Shopping Park. This hotel was located in a secure area. The room I booked was neat and provided with a hair dryer.

Some of the rooms have character with vintage furniture.
Dusty floors, dirty bed sheets, and a spectacularly filthy communal bathroom. The lack of soundproofing turned nightly unwelcome conversations into a 24/7 disturbance while we were confined in our own room. An unexpected rain exposed the window leaks, ruining clothes with water damage.

Our triple room was more than bright. Had hair dryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. The hotel's location was favourable very near the airport. From the moment we arrived the particularly helpful staff made us feel welcomed: D

Just a fine choice for spending a night in Liverpool with excellent value for money. The bathroom had all necessary toiletries, a nice surprise. Bring your own snacks as there are limited options nearby.

missingWrote a review on 30 Octspacious roomkitchen amenitiesbathroom cleanlinessnoise issue
The room felt spacious, great for myself and my daughters. We appreciated the kitchen amenities including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The backyard was a nice spot for a smoke break. The bathroom cleanliness was quite disappointing. We found it could have been tidier, and some fixtures appeared neglected. Noise from the room above made it hard to sleep well, despite the beds being comfortable. It had potential but lacked a bit in maintenance.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kensington Guest House. My room was nice, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the shopping mall, the old waterfront, and public transport. I also had a few meals at Kristofers, which was conveniently located nearby. Overall, I have never experienced a better property!
